Project Difficulties
In order to increase the transmission speed of the heating and valve stem system, the end customer requires a very tight tolerance on the pipe wall thickness compared to the EN10210 standard. In order to meet the design parameters, the USI technology and production team solved this problem by pre-processing the rolling module and adjusting the piercing speed.
